Ok ,so I’m watching the Supernatural episode “Skin” right now on Netflix, and the into song and end one, with Shapeshifter!Dean is different from all the other times I have watched it.

It’s supposed to be “In Gadda Vida” by Iron Butterfly.

But for some reason, on the version I’m watching on Netflix, the song is different.

And this bugs me irrationally, because the song, the Iron Butterfly one, makes the scene(s) feel so creepy.

This other song doesn’t. 

And I’m hard pressed to understand why the hell the song was changed.

    sometimes when they air an episode, they only get the rights to that song for the episode, so when it comes to netflix...
